Interactive Exhibit Expo and Blue LED Demonstration, February 23

Interactive Exhibit Expo and Blue LED Demonstration, February 23

On Monday, February 23 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., the Sarnoff Collection will host a presentation of student designed state-of-the-art technologies for expanding and enhancing the experience of visiting TCNJ’s Sarnoff Collection.

For the second year, students in TCNJ’s Interactive Multimedia Department’s course “Interactive Exhibition Design” have created a variety of new multimedia tools for the Sarnoff Collection. These projects are intended to expand the museum’s message, enhance public engagement, and extend the visitor experience beyond TCNJ.

At 5:00 p.m there will be a special presentation–RCA and the Invention of the First Blue LED–a demonstration of the first blue LED, developed by RCA scientist Herbert Maruska and now in TCNJ’s Sarnoff Collection.

Michael Albert – Sarnoff Oculus Tour
